Please note: By booking a request online, you are agreeing to our warranty Terms & Conditions, which states that if the fault is found to be non-warranty (for example, a software issue or physical damage), then our minimum service fee is payable.

(Describe all problem symptoms and any damage/impact/liquid spill to the product clearly)
* Charges for assessment and/or service, courier fees apply for products/issues that are not covered by warranty.
* For screen issues or cosmetic damage, please attach clear photos.
(e.g. Troubleshooting taken, any special requirements, availability for onsite visit etc.)
* For power related/boot issues:
a) Check if the correct power adaptor/cable is being used and try alternate working cables if available.
b) Power cycle the notebook by turning off the unit, unplugging the power cable, pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds and then restarting the unit.
